What a wonderful stay we had in Solterra. Everything, absolutely everything, was present in this spacious and luxurious villa. The swimming pool was lovely, but we also made frequent use of the lovely sunny terrace. Caroline and Robert-Jan are real America experts and have chosen this place with a lot of love. Close to all the places (we as Florida lovers) want to go. Think of malls, restaurants and parks. The game room was a big plus. The community pool with lazy river is great and they sell delicious hot dogs.
The homeowners are very friendly, fast and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great week! The house was clean and check in was a breeze! The only thing we noticed was that while the back yard is just trees, you can hear the traffic behind (mostly sirens throughout the day for fire/ambulance/police). But we just turned the Bluetooth speaker up a couple notches and it was perfect. The community pool can get busy, but we never felt like it was too busy to relax. We would stay here again if we are back in the area!

My family and I loved staying at this airbnb. It was very clean and the home/property had so much for our children to do in between Disney Park trips. We loved the resort pool area with the lazy river and slide. Having the private pool and game room at the home was also a plus. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Another great stay in our "home from another owner"!! In all the homes we've rented, we've never had the amazing communication that we have with Caroline and Robert-Jan. They truly care about their guests comfort. We look forward to our 2024 return. Thank you so much.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property so much for our vacation! The pool was the perfect temp with the added heat option and we all spent alot of time playing in the game room! Robert and Caroline addressed any questions right away and the ease of check in and out was much appreciated. The location was perfect to get to the theme parks and the clubhouse amenities were a bonus as well! The security of the gated community was also reassuring during our stay. We would definetly love to stay here again in the future!

My siblings and I don't live at home with our parents anymore now that we are older and we decided to take a family trip. Staying in the same house all together, Robert-Jan En Caroline’s place made it feel like a big home that we all lived in again! It was so cozy. There was so much space for 9 of us, and we all really enjoyed the game room. They have the perfect amount for adults and kids to enjoy. The pool was heated nicely and that was a plus because we came to Florida when temps were dropping below 50.

The place was beautiful and Robert was very easy to communicate with. Definitely would Recommend and will visit again!! Had a couple issues but Robert was very helpful and quick to get things fixed. Highly recommend for family!

Very beautiful and comfortable home, nice pool with good safety features, close to Disney, lots to do in the area. We had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend this home and stay in this home again if we were to visit the area again!

Enjoyed the amount of space, game room, pool, and responsive communication. Would suggest new cleaning service & new linen. Our family did the best we could to clean and we purchased our own linen. We were also refunded 1/2 of the cleaning fee by the owners.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and fit evey single one of my families needs. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The rest that the house is on is beautifulas well. the home was clean and had beautiful modern decor. the game room was great.

This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool, foosball, and the car video game. The house was just as described and very clean. We visited the community pool and workout facility and they were a nice bonus to the house. We could not be any happier with the communication from Robert-Jan En Caroline and would absolutely stay here again.

This was an amazing clean vacation rental. We enjoyed the pool so much. Very thought out well prepared directions and instructions. I would recommend this home to everyone. The game room entertained everyone for hours! Best vacation rental we have ever been to!
